Medications are be helpful for some, but for others, they may fall short because medications don't address the underlying psychological aspects of addictions, cravings and stressors. Which means there remains a constant battle within us that willpower alone cannot hold at bay endlessly. - Politely Telling some one what to do, as in presenting an idea
- Telling someone how to do something
- Shifting an unhelpful negative belief, opinion or thoughts to wanted helpful or empowering belief, attitude or thoughts
- Auto suggestion, Affirmations, Afformations (Affirmative questions), or Positive statements of intent are forms of self suggestion therapy.
Important ! If you have not been invited and given permission to use suggestion therapy and it's not for their benefit but yours then it is manipulation.
The suggestion therapy and rapid change meditation work wonderfully well together because of greatly increased suggestibility, which then makes changing an unwanted mindset– so much easier than in 'normal' levels of consciousness.
